The study deals with a very interesting legal and political dispute, which occured on the Moravian Land Court in the beginning of the year 1610. Weikhard Count of Salm came there as the plenipotentiary of the absent land judge Maxmilián Lev of Rožmitál.
However, some members of the Court had objections about his mission because he was not born in Moravia. This was the impulse for further discussion about the interpretation of legal norms regarding the legal institute of inkolat (inhabitant's right).
