Selected defects of the legislative procedure in the case law of the Czech Constitutional Court

Abstract

The paper deals with the defects of the legislative procedure as a reason for an annulment of the law by the Czech Constitutional Court. The defects are divided into three groups.

In each group the particular decisions of the Constitutional Court are analysed.
