Gesta and words ; Ensuring disposition of the charters of the oldest Premyslid rulers.

Abstract

The author follows the ways of verifying and ensuring of the disposition of the oldest charters issue by the Czech rulers (to 1197), at a time when the charter only slowly promoted in the legal life in the Czech lands.
