Epidermal necrolysis (Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis)

Abstract

Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) are diseases ftom the severe cutaneous adverse reaction spectrum, usually caused by a hypersensitive reaction to some drugs. It often appears in immunosuppressed patients.
