Right to education - segregation or inclusion of children of socially excluded families?

Abstrakt

The paper addresses the issue of discrimination against Roma children from a legal perspective. The case law of the ECtHR and ECJ is analyzed and it is emphasized that the exclusion of Roma children from the general school system caused serious damage to the whole society.

The Czech Republic, considered a country with a very high proportion of Roma In society, is considered an example country for detailed analysis of legislation and social policy.
