Circle of thinking : towards Schelling's critique on Fichte's transcendental argument

Abstrakt

The essay provides an analysis of Schelling's critique on Fichte's transcendental argument. Schelling's answer to the dilema, which Fichte had formulated that namely the thing in itself should on the one hand exist independently of the subjective mind, but on the other hand this independence can be thought only by the subjective mind, consist in in his re-interpretation of Fichte's notion of intellectual intuition.
