Abstrakt
The aim of the presentation was to introduce new Czech law on groups of companies to Polis colleagues. Within the presentation were mentioned the basic principles of the regulation, its three levels (influence, control, concern) and their legal consequences as well as instruments for protection of creditors and minority shareholders.
