Right to an effective remedy in matters of international protection and Czech administrative judiciary

Abstract

The New Procedures Directive could have major impact on Czech administrative judiciary. What is the relationship between right to an effective remedy in matters of international protection and Czech administrative judiciary? What is the influence of European Law, European Convention on Human Rights and Czech constitutional order? What is the history of an effective remedy in matters of international protection in the Czech Republic? The aim of the article is to capture all of these topics and also address issues of administrative tribunals.
