Histology of bone defects healing - experiment with nanofibre composite scaffolds in femur of rabbit
Abstrakt
We compared 3 groups of rabbits with created defect and implanted biomaterial in the experiment. There were used 3 typy of biomaterials.
We evaluated the distribution of bone in the defect which was divided into three compartments - outer, middle, inner and amount of bone i defect after 3 months healing.
