Abstract
Infections are among the most common reasons for physician visits. Antibiotic comsuption a bacterial resistance increase worldwide.
The aim of this article is to draw general principles of racionale antibiotic use in practical terms, to highlight some common mistakes and suggest how to avoid them. The second part deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of antibiotic therapy to the completion of treatment with antibiotics.
