We present a case of a 26 years old woman with coincidental ultrasound finding of a neck tumor, located below the left thyroid lobe. The tumor grew a little within a year of time since the initial discovery.
Fine needle aspiration indicated the neuroectodermal origin of the tumor, which finding led to surgical removal of the tumor. Despite the careful and smooth operation course, post-operational Horner syndrome appeared.
The tumor tissue was verified as ganglioneuroma by histopathology.
