The article is a study on a lesser known feast taking place in the wabet (elevated chapel) of the Ptolemaic-Roman temple of Hathor at Dendara: the "feast of extending the menkhet-cloth" to Ra-Harsomtus, the lord of Khadi, and to the ennead of Dendara on the penultimate day of the year - Mesore 29. The date, the feast and the main recipient of the offering are placed within the larger context of ritual activities within the Dendara precinct.
