Hunt's hypothesis (H) and triangle property of the Green function

Abstract

In a locally compact abelian group with a Green function satisfying the local triangle property, it is shown that the Hunt's hypothesis (H) holds, that is, every semipolar set is polar. The setting includes many Lévy processes.
