The Czech Alzheimer Society, o.p.s supports, develops and validates the quality of services provided to people with dementia through the Vážka(R) certification system on a long term basis. The term nutrition is not understood only as a nutrition standard and nutritional tables, but the whole process of food preparation, dining and multidisciplinary cooperation between all who are involved in caring process.
