Geoinformatics helps to discover an unknown type of extinct architecture at Jebel Sabaloka in central Sudan
Abstrakt
This presentation is focused on the so far only little known type of structural relic, which made use of a wooden skeletal framework in combination with vertical rock walls. In the presentation, attention is paid also to the GIS tools employed to obtain visualisation and precise measurements necessary for the hypothetical reconstruction of two structures at the site of Sphinx at Jebel Sabaloka in central Sudan.
