The Těchobuz Parish in Late Middle Ages and its Church Council. The Microhistorical etude

Abstract

The study analyses annual reports and church inventory written into the liturgical book (missal) of Parish Church in Těchobuz (South Bohemia, region of Pelhřimov). The preserved names of donors and parishioners are from 14th and 15th centuries, the inventory is dated 1481.

The author reconstructs the series of the village owners which were at the same time church patrons and the series of parish priests. Some of them are named in the annual reports of the missal, too.
