Abstract
The study appraises the scholarly and popularising literary production from 2015 year relevant to John Hus, his life, doctrine and tradition. It wants to answer the subsequent questions: which research results brought the anniversary of Hus' burning, which new questions were open by it, to what degree Hus speaks to contemporary society and which approaches are now characteristic for different (scientific, church and political) circles.
