Comparison of systems social and legal protection of children in the European Union

Abstract

Chapter compares selected aspects of the social and legal protection of children in the EU. It focuses on the bodies responsible for protecting children, service providers, monitoring the quality of care, qualifications and training of those responsible, placement of children in foster care and others.
