Abstract

The main objective of the study is to supplement the theoretical foundations of rural development policy aspects of the newly formed neoproductivism and theoretical approaches to the rural studies that gradually lose its importance. This objective focused on localization of subsidies in EU rural development policy in the Czech Republic in terms of elements of territorial cohesion at the municipal level, in distinguishing relevant results according to agricultural and non-agricultural instruments of this policy in the medium term 2004-2013.

This verification is done by statistical analysis. This study used data of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund (SAIF) for rural development policy, especially in the Czech Republic's largest financial instruments LFA, agri-environment measures, which are complemented by support measures for early retirement from farming (PUZČ).
