Abstract

Diaries of the first Korean diplomatic mission to Europe from 1896. it covers the route, sojourn in Russia, the coronation of the tsar Nikolay II, and the way home. As the authors of the diaries have different education bacjground, their records can also illustrate the intellectual state of things of the then Korea and Koreans.
