Special attention is paid to the impact of exogenous changes of identity and acculturation processes as a key factor changes of immigrants personality.

The study highlights the issues that foreigners face in the course of their adaptation to a new cultural environment, as well as the unpreparedness of the receiving states in terms of national and migration policy that is asserted to immigrants. There are various aspects to be applied on the analysis of the current European refugee crisis.
