Prague as a crossroad of court trade networks in the time of Ferdinand I (1526-1564)

Abstrakt

The author examines the influence of the royal court stays Ferdinand I. Habsburg on economic and social development of Prague 1527-1564.

It focuses mainly on supplying material needs of the royal court and the provision of services for its operation. Based on this analysis defines the Ferdinand's concept of functional supplier system within the Habsburg monarchy and the process of its implementation.
