Abstract
Evaluation work of teachers, classes or entire kindergarten, evaluation skills of children is a necessary part of an educational institution, a nursery school. It is a good tool especially when not only control the consequences of granting the rewards and punishments, but effective feedback process, collecting information to make decisions about development, positive change.
