Abstract
E-learning study material (in Moodle UK pro výuku 1 system) for a compulsory subject Andragogy and Adult Education (code AAN120039), that is a part of a Bachelor study plan at the Department of Adult Education and Personnel Management, Faculty of Arts, Charles University focuses on the problems of participation of the adults on education, functional literacy, basic spheres of adult education (including older adults), current stage of adult education in the Czech Republic, tools of financing of adult education, theories of learning and international research of adult education. The study material follows up the study material for the subject "Introduction to Andragogy" (by Martin Kopecký and Michal Šerák).
