Abstract

The paper summarizes the results of findings of a thesis examining C1-level performances of non-native speakers of Czech and, thus, contributes to the possible designing of referential descriptions. The paper lists relevant factors (i.e., criterial features) that allow the most effective way to differentiate among language users at various levels of communication ability in Czech, specifically those between levels B2 and C1.
