The book Selected chapters of Clinical Nutrition I. The course is based on clinical nutrition, which serves as a basic condition for obtaining a certificate of competence to nutritional care (license F016).
Individual chapters are derived from lectures taking place on this course. The main topics deal with diabetes mellitus, pneumologických care for patients with celiac disease or nutrition in inflammatory bowel disease, nutrition, nephrology patients and patients with hepatic encephalopathy and liver failure.
For the first time in a wide range of added chapter on perioperative nutrition, which is also engaged in an accelerated preparation and recovery (fast track). Added are also chapters on energy expenditure and pharmaceutical preparation bags all in one.
