Abstract
Fixed combination of atorvastatin, perindopril and amlodipine is suitable for patients with arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia eventually diabetes, who are in high or very high global cardiovascular risk. Those patients may be in primary or secondary cardiovascular prevention.
One tablet with 3 effective components enhances efficacy, adherence and persistence to the treatment and also reduces cardiovascular risk.
