Five years after Czech Republic signature of the European Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine the novelization of the law n. 20/1966 had been realized by the law n.111/20074. Treatment without consent is realized when the patients as consequence of mental illness is severely and immediately harmful for himself or the environment (and this treat cannot be decline another way) or has limited capacity to judge his/her condition.
We are discussing the impact of legal backgrounds changes on the treatment under a section (without consent) in patients with eating disorders.
