Abstract

The human foot is an essential element of the kinematic chain of lower extremity providing dynamic stability during standing and locomotion functions. For optimal walking foot is perfectly adapted.

Has sufficient flexibility to adapt to varied terrain on which it moves, and also proves to be robust enough to be used as a rigid lever for forward reflection. Disorders of the structure and function of the feet may appear in childhood and may eventually lead to a negative consequences in the form of various painful musculoskeletal conditions or frequent tendencies to injury.

Physically active children with impaired posture and function of the legs are affected by these negative impacts more, because they are exposed to greater stress than their peers physically inactive. It is therefore necessary to diagnose these disorders early and find optimal solutions to their negative effects mitigated or completely eliminate it
