The paper continues in earlier research of Svoboda & Kocourek (1987), who detected interpersonal characteristics of PE teachers using the analysis of didactic interactions through a Leary method (ICL). Current authors used a newer derived method QTI, which is suitable for a consequent teachers' typology.
The main goal of the paper was the analysis of a PE teachers' interaction style using the QTI questionnaire with the relation to educational processes which teachers realize. The QTI questionnaire diagnoses eight octants (variables).
Each variable corresponds with one sector. Finally, we can observe that there are only small differences between men and women in their interaction and communication style.
Both overseeded dimension (the dominance and the submissivity) are among teachers predominantly in ballance. Every watched groups are from point of view of their interaction with pupils positive and with the respect to particular scores also more likely satisfied.
Female techers commonly have evaluate themselves from the point of view of their interaction style better the men teachers, but this finding out requires further verification.
