Antacids may be used only as a quick remedy for heartburn reliever with infrequent problems for short-term relief of symptoms in older children and adolescents. Not suitable for children to preschool.
Routine use of prokinetic is not due to possible adverse effects recommended. Muscle relaxants (baclofen) is due to adverse reactions rarely used.
Gastroprotektiva (sodium alginate, sucralfate) are not recommended for the treatment of reflux disease.
