Abstract
This paper presents the definition of the Czech family who is dealing with the issue of outreach (transcendence) and tries to develop it by the child. There are of course also factors, which are inhibiting this process.
There is also reflected the characteristic terms of the Czech family: secular, religious, fairy tail fans, realistic and materialistic people, with politics disappointed, still freedom waiting, still welcoming return of the communism, cottagers, mushrooms pickers, canoeists, do-it-yourself man etc.) In this context develops the family outreach of children. It clarifies the transcendence conception in the vertical direction (in relation to God, the cosmos, higher sense) and in the horizontal one (in relation to another person, creature, nature, state) and the meaning for the formation of the child's personality.
There are mentioned some possibilities how to develop such outreach by age and type of the Czech family.
