Diet of Great Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) in areas of conflict in CHKO Labské Pískovce

Abstract

The Great Cormorant is one of the most imortant avian piscivorous predators in Europe. We analysed cormorant diet during one winter.

We discovered that cormorants prey upon larger fish as the winter progresses.
