Abstract
The basis of the text is to introduce the latest image typology of signet Toni Diederich, published in his book Diederich, Toni: Siegelkunde. Beitrage zu ihrer Vertiefung und Weiterfuhrung.
Wienn - Cologne - Weimar 2012 and the critical commentary to it. Following consideration of the typology of signet the image also extended to other important Czech and foreign labor in the present used since the 19th century.
Is taken into account also Vocabulaire international de la sigillographie (ed. S.
R. Noé).
Roma 1990, and particularly the largest typology of signet image ever published in the monograph Griesar, Josef - LASAL, Fernando de: aspetto della sigillografia. Roma 1997, which is hereby given in the Czech Republic for the first time.
Final evaluation occurs each typology comparison with a concrete using signet material and the rejection of many categories but also highlight those items that lack also our typological range.
