Abstract
Apolipoproteins represent protein component of lipoprotein particles, where they have both structural and biochemical functions. Each lipoprotein class contains specific pattern of apolipoproteins.
Their profile is, to some extent, determined by the pathophysiological state. Aim is description of role in metabolism of lipids and their disorders.
