Abstrakt
International workshop "Perspectives on Explanation" will focus on the topic of scientific explanation, in particular on the different conceptions (e.g. ontic and epistemic), on the different accounts (e.g. asymptotic, higher-level), and it will also deal with the issues surrounding scientific understanding and its connection to explanation.
