The paper deals with a specific interpretation of literary narrative in Chamoiseau's Veilles et Merveilles créoles. We focuse on analysis of lyrical forms in narrative textes, in particular, on the personification of narrator introduces an autonomous representation of the author and, more importantly, the personification of a discours which seeks to explore images of mouvement as a metaphor for reflection on his narrative.
Patrick Chamoiseau's images of metamorphosis form the basic for his own poetics.
