Abstract
The article points out the immunological difficulties directed against the oocyte, sperm cells, early and more mature fetus, describes the process of failure of implantation, touches also process of immunological tolerance mother-fetus, includes a brief overview of current diagnostic options in reproductive immunology and indications of a prudent immunological examination of infertile couple.
