Abstract
In this article is described a longitudinal development of grammatical categories of nouns in first language acquisition, examples of development of nouns in one Czech child from the onset of speech to 3.6 are included. The author uses diary data for pre-morphological phase and a corpus of transcriptions of audio recordings from age 2.8 to 3.6 which covers the phase of protomorphology.
