Cardiac arrest is a major health problem with high mortality. The first step in "Chain of prevention" which summarizes the process of prevention such as events in a healthcare facility is staff education.
The aim of the study was to analyze the impact of e-learning on cognitive knowledge in non-medical workers prior to instructor-led CPR courses. Our results showed positive impact of e-learning on cognitive knowledge if used as pre-course learning.
However to analyse the impact on ability to use this knowledge in real practice, will require further research.
