Abstract
The lecture will deal with political decision-making processes in communist Czechoslovakia on the personal example of Gustáv Husák (1913-1991). At first will be introduced his personality and the development of his political career.
The following section will be focused on a question how Husák replaced Alexander Dubček as a leader of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in April 1969.
