The authors in the book analyze in detail the current state of legal guarantees of the social rights of foreigners, both in international law and in EU law. The question of residence and social integration in Czech law are not neglected either.
In all these areas, the authors primarily explore access to employment, health care, retirement, help in material need, and education. The same internal structure of chapters respects national studies from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland and Slovakia.
From a comparative analysis of individual areas of national social law it is clear, how selected EU Member States are devoted to individual areas and which areas of application of social rights are dealt with better than the others.
