Abstract

In the context of Michel Henry's phenomenology of life the author undertakes an approach to the phenomenon of "being human" via the problem of corporeity and the living body, the transcendental subjectivity as the primary condition of "being human", and the "I can" until to the logos of life and the pathic ratio as the authority of such recognizing that is understanding itself.
