Abstract
In spite of indisputable progress achieved in treating this condition, psoriasis still remains an incurable disease. Biological therapy has brought a revolution in the treatment of psoriasis.
Clinical trials are still being carried out and new treatment options for severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are emerging. Recently, anti-interleukin 17 antibodies have begun to be used in treating psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
