Abstract
The article contains an analysis of act no. 183/2016 Sb., wich has brought some significant changes in the legal regulation of criminal liability of legal entities, effective as of December 1, 2016. The author describes the individual changes, paying attantion mainly to the scope of criminalisation of legal entities in the Czech Republic (article 7 of the act), which the author of the article criticises.
