Freedom of speech, hate speech and hate speech legislation in Czech Republic and European Union

Abstract

Hate speech is speech which attacks a person or group on the basis of attributes such as gender, ethnic origin, religion, race, disability, or sexual orientation. The author deals hate law regulations in the EU legislation and also in the Czech criminal law.
