According to Professor Jensen essential questions about organ donation are two. The first, which has to be answered in the first place, is when the doctor stops supportive treatment by removing the ventilator, does he kill the patient or does he let him die? After solving this dilemma, the second, more serious question is approached: whether there is a distinction between "killing" and "letting someone die"?
