Abstract
The presented paper analyses the contemporary legal regulation of the service of documents within Labour Law. Special attention will be paid to the delivery of a document from an Employer by a Postal Services Licence Holder.
The paper also provides the first insight into the changes of the relevant legal provisions proposed by the latest amendment of the Labour Code.
