Abstract
The article deals with the fifth part of an extensive exhibition project devoted to the art of the first half of the 20th century in the House of Art of The Gallery of Fine Art in Ostrava. The text refers to the exhibited art works, which are contextualized in the broader art-historical and cultural context with overlaps into the contemporary culture of the 21st century.
