Administrative Law and Administrative Guidance at Far East

Abstract

Belonging to a distinctively mixed system, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan to a certain extent underwent similar experience after World War II. With astonishing success, these three nations managed to emerge from postwar ruins to shining examples of economic prosperity and strength.

The same experience underwent the PR of China having launched economic reform in late 1970'. All these economic miracles were made possible due to rigorous state policies state policies.

Known as "administrative guidance", this type of government practice is a flexible tool for implementing public interest goals, as it allows the state to influence business and economy. Administrative guidance is a parallel to administrative law and administrative acts stemming from reception of continental, in particular German, law.
